This was a brand new business. Iona and Rachel wanted a website that clearly communicated their proposition and was very easy for customers to choose the service they needed, and then book and pay.
It had to have a booking confirmation and reminder service plus detailed management information on usage. It also had to require minimal intervention from the owners and be very simple to update when required.

How We Helped
Having established the branding that would set the business apart from its competitors, we took the draft logo Iona had given us and produced a professional scalable image that was used not only for the website but for physical signage as well.
We then fully automated an end to end system that takes a customer from choosing the length, time and date of booking, through data collection, payment system, and reminders at different stages to reduce no-shows, and finally follow up emails to gain feedback.
Added to this, Martin suggested some strategies to increase traffic to, and visibility of, the website.

The business has been extremely successful, exceeding all expectations.
Feedback on both the product and the booking system has been very complimentary.
Return on investment was achieved very quickly and now expansion is under consideration.
